3. Pack the item securely, and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
Refund Timing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Non-Refundable Items
